Our heritage is built on generations of jewellery craftsmanship, evolving from traditional artistry to a modern manufacturing enterprise.
What began in 1968 as a silver atelier in Kolhapur grew into Rathod Arts in 1982 and, in 2012, into a professionally managed manufacturing company serving leading jewellery retailers in India and international markets. We continue to preserve the knowledge and techniques of Indian jewellery-making while embracing innovation, contemporary design and advanced manufacturing.

A promoter associated with the company since its incorporation. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Poona.

Where the journey began
In Kolhapur, a city renowned for its master craftsmen, Mr. Hanjarimal Rathod lays the foundation of the family's journey with an atelier for handcrafted silver jewellery and silver artefacts.
1982
A new era of artistry
The second generation establishes Rathod Arts under Mr. Chandrakant Rathod and Mr. Rameshkumar Rathod, expanding into oxidised silver, antique gold, Victorian and heritage-inspired jewellery.
2012
The rise of RJM
Rathod Jewellery Manufacturing is incorporated, turning a family enterprise into a professionally managed manufacturer of plain gold, antique, temple, bridal, uncut diamond and signature Chakri jewellery, with exports to the USA, the UAE and Europe.

A decade of precision & scale
Investment in technology, skilled artisans and quality systems makes RJM a preferred partner to leading Indian jewellery retailers, with a growing presence across India and the Middle East and a leading position in Chakri jewellery.

The Jaipur chapter
Expansion to Jaipur, India's gemstone capital, brings Polki, Kundan, diamond, gemstone-studded and heritage bridal jewellery into the portfolio.

The Kolhapur facility is our corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing hub, with advanced production infrastructure for large-scale jewellery manufacturing.
Opened in 2025, it brings design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, purity testing and quality control together in one building, supported by skilled artisans and modern technology.

Set in Jaipur, India's gemstone capital, it draws on the city's rich ecosystem of master artisans, while supporting future growth.
Our Mumbai office is a strategic centre for business development, product development, merchandising and customer relationships.
It houses our dedicated design and CAD teams for diamond jewellery, giving us access to specialised talent and the ability to create differentiated collections that balance design, brilliance, quality and value.
